Refund Policy

Effective June 11, 2026. Short version: a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month, and you can cancel any time.

14-day money-back guarantee (first payment)

If you’re not happy within 14 days of your first payment, email [email protected] and we’ll refund it in full — no forms, no hard sell. We’d rather part as friends than keep an unhappy clinic on retainer.

Renewal payments

Because each month funds real work delivered that month (content written, listings managed, profiles maintained, reports produced), renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Instead, you can cancel at any time and your subscription simply ends at the close of the current billing period — no cancellation fee, no notice period.

If something went clearly wrong on our side in a given month (e.g. we failed to deliver the inputs your plan promises), tell us — we’ll make it right with a partial or full refund for that month. We judge these case by case, honestly.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Receipts and billing questions can also be handled directly via Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the clinic name and (if you have it) the Paddle receipt number. A human replies within 1 business day.
