Terms of Service
Effective June 11, 2026. Plain-language terms for working with Seodently.
1. Who we are & what we provide
Seodently is the trading name of İnanç Yılmaz, a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). We provide productized search visibility services for dental and aesthetic clinics: local SEO, content, Google Business Profile management, and GEO/AEO (visibility in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews), delivered as a monthly subscription with reporting via our dashboard and email.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the prices listed on our pricing page. All plans are month-to-month — there is no long-term contract or minimum term.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/sales tax), receipts, and payment support. Your order will appear as Paddle on your statement.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to deliverables and reports produced up to that date. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
4. What we promise — and what we don’t
We commit to the concrete monthly inputs listed in your plan (content, listings, optimizations, tracking, reporting) and to transparent reporting on outcomes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, AI-assistant mentions, traffic, or revenue. Search engines and AI systems are third parties we don’t control; anyone promising guaranteed positions is overpromising.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access needed to deliver the service (e.g. website access, Google Business Profile, analytics), to review and approve content we draft for you, and to ensure information you give us about your clinic is accurate. Where we handle data on your behalf in a way that touches patient information, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and follow it.
6. Intellectual property
Content we produce for you (articles, page copy, listings data) belongs to you once the invoice covering it is paid. Our internal tooling, processes, and software remain ours.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions of third-party platforms (Google, OpenAI, etc.).
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we’ll email you at least 14 days before the change applies. Continuing your subscription after that constitutes acceptance.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected]. A human replies within 1 business day.
